The Tiny Habits method is nothing short of brilliant, effective and transformative. I have been a huge fan of BJ Fogg's work and am thrilled that he has shared his methods in a book. Much needed. I have used his methods for almost 2 years now - it is easy and works. I love that he has shared a methodology that doesn't require motivation and doesn't have to be hard. Big changes, less effort, super effective - exactly how I like change to be. The method is simple but it is evident it has depth of thinking and insights from years of experience and experimenting in the space.I have used it for weight loss, building habits for better relationships (personal and professional) and safety habits to name a few. I took Dr. BJ Fogg's Tiny Habits online program back in December 2011, the second week he offered it.
